1- In stock products are delivered within a week. It take 4-6 week to deliver out stock products.
1- No refund fees are necessary.
2- For COD orders, the buyer gets to inspect product at delivery and has the right to give it back to the courier at the door if it doesn’t meet his/her expectation.
3- For credit card-paid orders, the buyer gets to have cash back at delivery/return if the order does not meet expectations at the time of delivery and after immediate inspection.
4- For manufacturer’s defects only, we have a 14 days return policy.
5- For all returned orders, the buyer is expected to repack orders before return as a condition for refund.
